Our Founder
The founder & CEO – Sriram Rajagopalan brings in experience of over 20 years in the development of Semiconductors and Embedded Systems in Networking, Consumer Electronics, and the Industrial automation domains. He has expertise in FPGA Designs, silicon validation and product development lifecycles, honed during his extensive stints with leaders in the industry as Broadcom INC (India Design Center), Intel (USA) and Marvell (USA & India). He has played a key role in the successful productization of at least 10 SOCs in the last 9 years with technologies ranging from 40nm to 7nm. His FPGA based board designs for laser head controllers and RF Drivers have been deployed in industrial automation of lasers in organizations such as Boeing, CERN. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University NY USA.

She has helped these businesses grow by breeding agile, diverse winning teams that lead innovation and deliver superior results. She is a strong proponent of active collaboration, learning experience design, deep-work, and is powered by passion with purpose. She has a penchant for life-long learning and is avidly interested in technology platforms that power human learning and talent development. She is an alumna of BITS (Pilani) and XLRI (Jamshedpur).
